Dodgers Winter Youth Camps

Get back in the game with the Dodgers Winter Camp Series! Baseball and Softball players ages 7-12 will get the chance to develop their skills and train on the field at Dodger Stadium with expert instructors. All experience levels are welcome.

Winter Youth Camps

Give your child a once-in-a-lifetime experience playing on the field at Dodger Stadium! Campers will develop their skills in all areas of the game including hitting, fielding, base running, pitching, and more. This camp is open to all athletes and skill levels.

Give your child the unique opportunity to learn from experienced softball instructors who have played at the highest levels. Campers will receive high-quality instruction focusing on hitting, pitching, catching, defense, and more – all taking place on the field at Dodger Stadium. This camp is open to all athletes and skill levels.

Health & Safety

All health and safety procedures are developed in accordance with city, county, state, and CDC guidelines.

  • Temperature checks and health screenings will be administered upon entering the stadium.
    Any person exhibiting or acknowledging any sign(s) of illness and/or exposure to COVID-19 shall be denied entry.

  • Campers will be broken up into teams of 10. These teams will not intermingle.
    Any family members and requested teammates attending the same camp will be kept together whenever possible.

  • All stations and shared equipment will be sanitized between rotations.

  • Use of shared equipment will be limited.

  • All staff will wear masks during check-in and instruction.

  • There will be no spectators.

  • Campers will be asked to wear masks at all times, except in periods of heavy physical exertion.

  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available.

  • Camper personal effects will be kept in designated spaces.

  • There will be no contact celebrations (high fives, fist bumps, etc.).

  • Physical distancing will be in effect at all times.

  • If campers do not follow all rules, guidelines, and directions, they will be asked to leave without refund.

Please note that public health guidance may change at any time, resulting in the postponement or cancellation of any/all camps. Those registered for any camps cancelled pursuant to public health requirements or recommendations will be offered a credit or refund.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are available for all youth camp sessions. The first payment of each plan is required during registration. Custom payment plans can be arranged by request to camps@ladodgers.com.

2-Pay Payment Plan

The Youth Camp 2-Pay Payment Plan is divided into two equal installments of $187.50.

3-Pay Payment Plan

The Youth Camp 3-Pay Payment Plan is divided into three equal installments of $125.

FAQs

Who is going to be at the camps?

All camps will be instructed by the Dodgers Training Academy instructors.

Will my child be able to bring cleats?

We prefer if your child wears athletic sneakers and not cleats. However, if they wear rubber cleats they will be allowed on the field. Metal cleats will NOT be allowed on the field.

Does my child need to bring his/her own equipment?

Yes – for the health and safety of all campers, each child is required to bring his/her own equipment. This includes a fielding glove, batting gloves, bats, and batting helmets. Please make sure you clearly mark your child's belongings, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Does my child need to bring a lunch?

A pre-packed lunch is not required. All camp sessions will conclude prior to lunch, or begin following lunch, and there will be no lunch breaks. We ask that each child bring their own water bottle. Please make sure you properly mark your child's water bottle. Concession stands will not be open.

Where do I drop off/pick up my child?

All camp participants are to be dropped off and picked up at the centerfield gate located in Lot G by the Left Field Pavilion. Further drop off and pick up instructions will be included in your informational email one week prior to camp.

Can I stay and watch the camp session?

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, parents, guardians, and family will not be allowed to watch the camp session from within the stadium.

Do I have to check in my child or can a family member/friend do it?

All camp participants are to be checked in and out every day of camp by their parents/legal guardians or a person designated during the online registration or sent to Camps@LADodgers.com via email. A proper ID will be required.

How will this camp be different from past camps?

Due to increased safety precautions, camp capacities will be limited. Spectators will not be allowed in the stadium. Mask requirements, social distancing, and sanitization protocols will be in effect. However, instruction quality and camp experience will remain the same!

What if my child is diabetic or has special needs?

The Dodgers will make special accommodations for children with special needs; make sure you include all medications in your medical release form.

Can my child attend camp if they have recently travelled internationally?

No one who has travelled internationally within two weeks of their camp session may enter Dodger Stadium at this time.

What is the refund/cancellation policy?

You may transfer your registration to a different session if space is available. There is no refund or credit for days unattended by the camper(s). Those registered for any camps cancelled pursuant to public health requirements or recommendations will be offered a credit or refund.

What is the inclement weather policy?

Any camp days canceled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled for a later date. There is no refund or credit for days unattended by the camper(s).
