How do I apply my discount?

Simply present your digital STM Card within the Ballpark app! If you do not have a compatible mobile device, you may present your Season Ticket Member credential. Season Ticket Members will receive one credential per season ticket.

Ticket Flexibility

Season tickets provide more flexibility than ever!

The Ticket Return program is a self-service option for primary Season Ticket Members to return up to 8 games for account credit applicable to the 2021 season.

How do I utilize Ticket Return?

Ticket Return is only available through your My SF Tix account. To return games using Ticket Return:

1.Log in to MySFTix

  • Note: If you are on a mobile device, access the desktop version of the site from the top right menu

2.Click into My Giants Ticket Inventory

3.Scroll down and select Ticket Return from the Ticket Action dropdown

4.Click the game you want to return

  • Note: for future game dates, change the Month Filter to targeted month or All Months

5.Select the boxes of the tickets you want to return

6.Click Continue then follow the prompts to complete the return

Q. Can I return tickets over the phone or at the Box Office?

A. Ticket Return is only available online through the desktop version of My SF Tix. We cannot facilitate returns in person or over the phone.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of games I can return during the season?

A. You are eligible to return up to 8 games within your Season Ticket package.

Q. Can I return any game?

A. You can return any 2020 regular season game.

Q. Is there a deadline to return tickets?

A. Ticket Return is available until 24 hours before first pitch of the game you are returning.

Q. Is there a cost to return tickets?

A. No! You will receive 100% of the value for that particular game as an account credit for the 2021 season.

Q. What can I use my Ticket Return credit for?

A. Your Ticket Return credit for 2020 can only be applied towards your 2021 season tickets.

Q. Can I return my parking passes associated with games I am returning?

A. Yes, parking passes can be returned as long as they are associated with the games you are returning.

Ticket Trade allows you to exchange up to 20 games to better fit your schedule or bring a larger group to the ballpark.

How do I utilize Ticket Trade?

Ticket Trade is only available through your My SF Tix account. To use Ticket Trade:

1.Log in to MySFTix

  • Note: If you are on a mobile device, access the desktop version of the site from the top right menu

2.Within the My Giants Ticket Inventory tab, scroll down and select Exchange Tickets from the Ticket Action dropdown

3.Click the game you want to trade out of (you can only trade one game at a time)

4.Select the game you want to trade into

5.Click Continue then follow the prompts to complete the trade

Q. Can I trade tickets over the phone or at the Box Office?

A. Yes, however, select games throughout the season may become unavailable to trade into.

Q. Can I trade into a seating category other than the seating category associated with my season tickets?

A. Trading across seating categories is permitted. When you change your seating category, additional payment may be required or provide account credit back to the primary Season Ticket Member.

Q. Is there a deadline to trade tickets?

A. Ticket Trade is available until first pitch of the game you are returning.

Q. How do I access the tickets that I traded into?

A. Tickets secured using Ticket Trade will be sent via mobile delivery and immediately accessible from the Wallet in the portion of your Ballpark app.

Q. Can I trade multiples games at once?

A. You are only able to trade one game at a time, ticket for ticket.

Q. Can I trade more tickets of a lower value for fewer tickets of a higher value?

A. Tickets can only be traded at a 1:1 ratio. For example, you cannot trade four tickets associated with a lower priced game or seating category for two tickets in a higher priced game or seating category.

Q. Is there a cost to trade tickets?

A. If you are trading into a higher priced game or seating category, there will be a cost. As a benefit to Season Ticket Members all tickets within the ticket trade system reflect the season price and not the market price.

Q. What happens if I downgrade my seating category or trade into a lower priced game?

A. You will earn Ticket Trade credit when trades result in a balance due to you. This would occur when you trade into a lower priced game or downgrade your seating category. Ticket Trade credit will be stored on the primary Season Ticket Member account.

Q. What can I use my Ticket Trade Value for?

A. Ticket Trade Value can be applied to future purchases through the Special Offers tab in My SF Tix. Special Offers consist of additional tickets, special event add ons and more.

Q. Can I combine my StubHub credit with Ticket Trade Value?

A. StubHub credit is separate from Ticket Trade Value and cannot be combined.

Q. Does Ticket Trade Value carry over into the next season?

A. Ticket Trade Value expires at the end of the regular season and will not be carried over to future seasons or Postseason play.

Q. Can I post a traded ticket on StubHub for resale?

A. Yes, traded tickets can be posted on StubHub for resale.

Q. Can I Forward a traded ticket?

A. Yes, traded tickets can be forwarded to another person.

Q. Are traded tickets eligible for another trade?

A. No, traded tickets are not eligible for another trade.

Q. Can I trade my parking passes?

A. Yes, parking passes can be traded into, but cannot be traded for game tickets.

Q. Can I trade tickets for ADA tickets?

A. Yes; however this transaction cannot be completed via My SF Tix. Please call our Season Ticket Hotline at 415-972-BALL (2255) and press 0 to trade your tickets for ADA tickets.

Ticket Partners play an important role in Season Ticket Membership. Season Ticket Members may select up to three partners to receive the STM discount and Ticket Trade benefits.

Q. How do I add a Ticket Partner?

Primary Season Ticket Members need to complete a two-step process to confirm a ticket partner.

First, secure your partner cards via My SF Tix:

  1. Log in to MySFTix
  • Note: If you are on a mobile device, access the desktop version of the site from the top right menu
  1. Click Special Offers in the top menu

  2. Click View Offer for 2020 Ticket Partner

  3. Click Continue and follow the steps

Then, forward the passes to your ticket partners (up to three):

  1. After completing the first step, click My Giants Ticket Inventory in the top menu

  2. Scroll down and select Forward Tickets from the Ticket Action dropdown

  3. Select **DECEMBER 2020** from the Month dropdown

  4. Click the 2020 Ticket Partner Card and select the partner card you want to forward

  5. Select or Add your partner's information from the friend list on the right hand side

  6. Click Continue and follow the prompts to complete the forward

The forward process confirms the recipient as your Ticket Partner. Your Ticket Partners will need to download the Ballpark app and link their accounts to access their STM Card*.

*It will take 5-7 business days for your partner's STM cards to be loaded in the Ballpark app.

How do I remove a Ticket Partner from 2019?

Steps to remove a partner that is no longer part of your 2020 season ticket group is as follows:

  1. Log in to MySFTix
  • Note: If you are on a mobile device, access the desktop version of the site from the top right menu
  1. Click My History in the top menu

  2. Click Forwards under your Transaction History

  3. Search for the Partner Card associated to your former partner or look for their name in the drop down

  4. Once you find the transaction, select Forward ID

  5. Finally, cancel the Forward of the Partner Card
