Accessibility Services For Guests With Disabilities

We’re committed to ensuring that guests with disabilities are provided equal access to all of the programs, services and facilities at Globe Life Field. This includes accessible restrooms, ticket windows and concession stands. For reasonable accommodations, please speak with any staff member or contact Guest Services by emailing fanrelations@texasrangers.com or calling 817-533-1717.

Animals

We ask that you leave your favorite furry friend at home unless they are an emotional support or service animal helping you with a disability. Stay tuned for any Bark at the Park theme nights when you can bring your dog to Globe Life Field.

Assisted Listening Devices

If you have a hearing impairment, listening devices and ear plugs are available in the Guest Services Office.

Courtesy Wheelchair Services

Wheelchair assistance is available to any location in Globe Life Field if you have a visible or non-visible disability and physical limitations. Please note that due to a limited number of wheelchairs, they cannot be rented or borrowed to sit in while watching the game. For assistance, you can speak with any staff member or visit Guest Services.

Courtesy Carts

Complimentary mobility assistance carts (ADA carts) are available to pick you up in any Rangers Toyota parking lot if you have a visible or non-visible disability that limits your ability to walk to and from Globe Life Field. Please note that cart drivers do not accept tips for this complimentary service. Contact the nearest staff member to arrange assistance.

Wheelchair Seating

Wheelchair-accessible seating is located in each level and can be found on the seating diagram. This includes companion seats, which allow guests using wheelchairs to sit with friends and family members.

Alcohol Sales

Sales of alcohol stop after the seventh inning in the seating bowl, after the eighth inning at concession stands, or two and a half hours after the start of a game (whichever occurs first and at management discretion). Please note that sales may be discontinued earlier in specific areas. The Texas Rangers remind you to drink responsibly. Only two alcoholic beverages are allowed per person per purchase. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or taken out of Globe Life Field.

Authentics Kiosk

This is the place to find game-used collectibles from previous games, as well as tons of autographed merchandise. All items are authenticated under the auspices of MLB Authentication. The Authentics kiosk is located in center field on the Main Concourse alongside the Grand Slam Team Store and online at texasrangers.com/authentics.

Autographs

Due to current health protocols, players are not allowed to sign autographs. However, during normal circumstances, you may ask players at least 45 minutes before game time to have an item signed. Due to MLB rules, players will not be able to sign anything during the game or outside of the timeframe previously stated. Please remember to be considerate of fans who have ticketed seats in the signing areas.

Alumni Alley Autographs, Presented By New Era

Get up close and personal with some of your favorite former Texas Rangers before Friday and Saturday home games. Details will be announced closer to game dates. Times and players are subject to change.

Autograph Nights

Pending future health protocols, two Rangers will sign autographs following batting practice before Tuesday (all fans) and Thursday (kids 13 & under) home games. Signs will be posted at each entrance gate with the location and players signing that day. Times and players are subject to change.

Bag Policy

Please refer to the FAQs at top of this page for information regarding a specific event at Globe Life Field. All backpacks, except single-compartment drawstring bags that do not exceed the MLB bag-size requirements of 16” x 16” x 8”, are prohibited at Globe Life Field. Exceptions are for those that are carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and/or young children. Working media may carry backpacks, but only after the bags have been searched and tagged by security at the Media Entrance. All other bags and purses must be 16”x 16”x 8” or smaller. Coolers or over-sized bags will not be permitted. All bags are subject to search.

Learn more below about the variety of premium spaces located around Globe Life Field. Due to health and safety protocols, only select clubs at Globe Life Field will made available to fans and are subject to change.

Balcones Speakeasy

Located on the Lower Concourse.

Buffet-style small plates are served through the 5th inning (or two hours after first pitch), along with grab & go food through the 7th inning. In-seat service of limited food options are also available through the 7th inning.

Beverage service includes domestic beer, craft beer, upscale wine, and nightly mixed drink served until 15-30 minutes after last pitch (unless game extends into extra innings). Access is for these specific ticket holders:

Evan Williams Lounge

Located on the Event Level behind first base.

Located on the Event Level behind Third Base.

The Lexus Club

Located on the Event Level behind home plate.

Upscale buffet is served through the 7th inning along with our Ballpark Favorites buffet until the end of the game. In-seat service of limited food options is also available through the 7th inning.

Beverage service includes domestic beer, craft beer, upscale wine and premium spirits served 15-30 minutes after last pitch (unless game extends into extra innings). Access is for these specific ticket holders:

The StubHub Club

Located on the first base side of the Lower Concourse.

Buffet-style dinner is served featuring rotating entrees and action stations through the 4th inning (or one-and-a-half hours after first pitch), along with our Ballpark Favorites buffet through the 7th inning. In-seat service of limited food options also available through the 7th inning.

Beverage service includes domestic beer, craft beer, upscale wine served until 15-30 minutes after last pitch (unless game extends into extra innings).

Texas Terrace

Located on the Jim Ross Law Suite Level.

Ballpark buffet with rotating featured dish, as well as sodas, iced tea and bottled water is included in ticket. Additional cash-only bar available. Open to ticket holders with access to Texas Terrace 1 and Texas Terrace 2.

Comerica ATMs

Due to current health and safety protocols, cash will not be accepted at Globe Life Field. Please refer to the Amenities Map in the MLB Ballpark app to learn where you can access a cash conversion machine at Globe Life Field.

Community Event Ticket Packages

Community event ticket packages include a giveaway with special game day experience (i.e., Bark in the Park, Teachers Appreciation, Military Appreciation, Girl/Boy Scouts Day). Please visit texasrangers.com/communitynights for a full list of community events.

Concessions

Globe Life Field has over 100 concession stands operated by Delaware North Sportservice and offers a delicious selection of hot dogs, nachos, pizza, burgers, smoked sausage, barbecue, peanuts, popcorn, soft drinks, ice cream, desserts and more. Available concessions stands can be located on the Amenities Map in the MLB Ballpark app and online at texasrangers.com/globelifefield.

Designated Driver Good Sport Program

Be a good sport! If you’re 21 or older with a valid driver’s license, you can sign a pledge to not drink alcohol during the game and accept responsibility for driving your group home safely. Participants will be entered into a drawing for great Texas Rangers merchandise. Pledge cards are available at Guest Services.

For the convenience of suite patrons and guests with special needs, Globe Life Field has several elevators that can be found throughout the ballpark. Due to current health and safety protocols, there will be limited capacity in all elevators at Globe Life Field.

Exit/Re-Entry

Re-entry is permitted at specific doors at all public entries from the time doors open till the start of the event. After the event starts, re-entry is only permitted at the TXU Energy North Entry on the Main Concourse and at the Southeast Entry on the Jim Ross Law Suite Level. All guests must be rescreened before entering the venue.

Fan Code of Conduct

The Texas Rangers are committed to providing an enjoyable and safe experience for all guests. With that goal in mind, we have developed a Guest Code of Conduct, which all guests are expected to follow. We ask that you assist the Texas Rangers and our event staff by:

  • Respecting each other as well as our team members
  • Refraining from using or displaying derogatory, profane or offensive gestures or language, both verbal and non-verbal, regarding race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin; such language, whether directed at guests, staff, players, umpires or other team members or personnel, is inexcusable and unacceptable
  • Fighting, throwing items, vulgar, threatening, bullying or abusive language or conduct is similarly prohibited
  • Allowing each other to be free to support their team or entertainer while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow patrons, umpires, referees, opposing team fans and players
  • Refraining from excessive displays of affection
  • Following instructions from team members regarding ballpark operations and emergency procedures
  • Not wearing or displaying inappropriate or indecent clothing
  • Consuming alcohol in a responsible manner
  • Keeping Globe Life Field smoke-free, including E-Cigarettes, vapes, or any other smoking devices
  • Showing their ticket when requested and only sitting in their ticketed seat
  • Keeping Globe Life Field clean
  • Not interfering with balls in play or otherwise disrupting the event by their actions
  • Not trespassing onto the field
  • Keeping Globe Life Field weapons-free. No weapons, including guns or knives, or any item deemed to be used as a weapon are permitted

Our team members have been trained and instructed to take necessary actions to ensure the above expectations are enforced. Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest Globe Life Field staff member or text SECURITY to 76432 for assistance.

The Texas Rangers reserve the right to determine what is considered unacceptable behavior. Guests who choose not to follow the Guest Code of Conduct will be subject to ejection and possible arrest.

Fan Mail

The Rangers are currently not accepting fan mail due to health precautions.

First Aid

You can find two First Aid rooms in Globe Life Field, located behind Section 101 on the Main Concourse next to Guest Services, and behind Sections 203/204 on the Upper Concourse.

All gates open one and a half hours before game time.

Please note that gate opening times for special events, like Opening Day and Postseason games, are subject to change.

Night Games

All gates open two hours before game time.

** “Going To The Show” Statue**

This statue commemorates the Texas Rangers’ first World Series appearance by immortalizing the embrace of former players Neftalí Feliz and Bengie Molina, moments after defeating the New York Yankees in Game 6 of the 2010 American League Championship Series. It is located in front of the Comerica Northeast Entry.

Grand Slam Team Store

You can find the largest selection of Texas Rangers merchandise at our Grand Slam Team Store located off the North Plaza near Texas Live! During games, it’s accessible from the Main Concourse at the TXU Energy North Entry. On non-game days, you can still get there from the sidewalk along Randol Mill Road.

  • Protective netting over top of fan seating area beyond both dugouts: Dead Ball.
  • Fair bounding ball striking the metal railings affixed to the top of the green walls along the Left and Right Field lines in foul territory: Out of Play, Two Bases.

OUTFIELD AREA

  • Fair bounding ball striking the portion of the wall that is recessed above the padded outfield wall: Out of Play, Two Bases.
  • Batted ball in flight striking the metal railings (above the yellow line) affixed to top wall in Right Center Field: Home Run.
  • Bounding batted ball striking the metal railings (above the yellow line) affixed to top wall in Right Center Field: Out of Play, Two Bases.

ROOF TRUSSES

Group Areas

All You Can Eat

Located in the right field area of the Upper Concourse between Sections 233 and 237. Seats include unlimited grilled chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, burgers, peanuts, popcorn and soft drinks from the restaurant located on the first base side of the Upper Concourse. Food is available from the time gates open until two hours after the game’s scheduled start time.

BSB Batter’s eye tables

Located in Sections 134 and 135 with four-top tables that overlook the outfield. Accommodates 16+ guests with the option of table service with a loaded value of $25 per ticket.*

*Loaded value only included if a group ticket is purchased. If an individual ticket is purchased, loaded value is included.

Karbach Sky Porch

Located between Sections 201 and 204 and includes a meal* that can be ordered in the barbecue restaurant behind the area.

*Meal only included if a group ticket is purchased. If you have purchased an individual ticket, you will have to purchase the barbecue plate separately.

Outfield Pavilion Picnic Area

Located between Sections 240 and 244, with service areas behind each section for food and beverages. Accommodates 50+ guests with your choice of four menus.

Sky Box

Located on the Jim Ross Law Suite Level between Sky Box 1 and Sky Box 4. Features a loaded value of $20* included in the ticket to spend at any concession stand.

*Loaded value only included if a group ticket is purchased. If an individual ticket is purchased, loaded value is included.

Third Base Outdoor Patio

Located on the west side of the field on the Main Concourse, this private event space with outdoor seating offers your choice of four menus.

Upper Deck Terrace

Located on the third base side of the Upper Concourse behind Sections 305 and 306, this private event space offers your choice of four menus.

Guest Assistance

Simply text the word SECURITY to 76432 if you’re in need of assistance. This message will be received by our command center, which will look into the issue immediately and dispatch security or medical staff to your location if needed. Please do not use this system to order food and beverages.

Guest Services

Guest Services operates when Globe Life Field opens until one hour after the game or event concludes. Guests may obtain information, offer suggestions, receive assistance with any problems during their visit and retrieve any lost items during the game or event. There are two Guest Services locations in the ballpark.

In-game experiences at Globe Life Field are currently unavailable. Once 2021information is available, have a field day at the ballpark with a number of unique experiences available during the game. Fees and restrictions apply. Advance purchase is required at texasrangers.com/ingameexperiences**.**

Jr. Rangers Club presented by Fox Sports Southwest

2021 Jr. Rangers Club memberships are currently unavailable. Once they become available, all members 13 & under receive a package of members-only items, ticket vouchers to select home games and special invitations to Jr. Rangers events.

Lost And Found

If you happen to find an item that someone has lost, please take it directly to the Guest Services Office on the Main Concourse across from the Northwest Pedestrian Ramp, or the Guest Services Office on the Jim Ross Law Suite Level next to the Comerica Northeast Entry. The found item(s) will be stored there for the duration of that day’s game/event.

Parking, Presented by Toyota

You can conveniently find parking with easy access to multiple lots off major highways that surround Globe Life Field. Lots open three hours prior to first pitch for all games except Opening Day, when it opens five hours prior to first pitch. Please note there’s a strict no in-and-out policy and no refunds will be given. For general parking information at Globe Life Field, visit texasrangers.com/globelifefield or call 817-533-1977.

General Parking

Cost is $20 credit/$25 cash on game days, with reduced pricing available for $18 with advance purchase (either by going online at texasrangers.com or calling the Ticket Office).

Handicap/Disabled Parking

You can find handicap/disabled parking in most cash and season parking lots, where it’s sold on a first come, first served basis. Please note that a mobility assistance cart may be requested from any parking staff member. See Parking Map at texasrangers.com/globelifefield for lots with available handicap parking. Lots may reach capacity prior to game time.

Lexus Complimentary Parking

Complimentary parking is provided for those driving their Lexus to any home game (space permitting) with the required 2021 window decal present. Simply go to Lexus Lot W located at 715 Stadium Drive on the east side of Globe Life Field. The lot can be accessed from both northbound and southbound Stadium Drive.

Contact your Dallas-Fort Worth Lexus dealer to obtain your 2021 window decal. Please note that once this lot reaches capacity, you can pay to park in any available cash lot.

Reserved / Season Parking Lots

Reserved parking lots are designated in yellow on the parking map at texasrangers.com/globelifefield. These lots are reserved for Season Ticket Members who have a Reserved Parking Pass.

RV/Bus Parking

RVs and buses may enter when the lots open and must depart by 9 AM the next day (ballpark schedule permitting). Located in Camry Lot D off of Arlington Downs.

Season Parking Lots

Season parking lots are designated in blue on the parking map at texasrangers.com/globelifefield**.** These lots are reserved for Season Ticket Members who have a Season Parking Pass.

Promotional Items

To receive one of our one-of-a-kind promo items, you must be in attendance at the game and produce a valid same-day ticket upon entry. Learn more about these great giveaways by inquiring at the Promotions Kiosk located near Section 114.

Rangers Captain

You never know when the official Texas Rangers team mascot is going to appear at Globe Life Field. Rangers Captain is one fun and furry horse who loves to have a good time! Unfortunately, due to health protocols, Rangers Captain is currently unavailable for community appearances ranging from school events to private birthdays.

Restrooms & Water Fountains

Restrooms and water fountains are located across all levels of Globe Life Field. For your convenience, both women’s and men’s restrooms have been designed to offer diaper-changing areas. If needed, you can find a family restroom located near most restrooms (additional restrooms inside First Aid). Please refer to the Amenities Map in the MLB Ballpark app to find restrooms and water fountains near your location.

Smoking Policy

Please remember to be considerate of all other guests at Globe Life Field. Smoking (including e-cigarettes, vapes or any other smoking device) is not permitted anywhere inside the structure of Globe Life Field. The designated smoking area is located outside the venue at the Toyota Southwest Entry on the Main Concourse. Guests must have their ticket and no alcohol is permitted in the designated smoking areas.

Strollers & Car Seats

Strollers and car seats for children are permitted inside Globe Life Field as long as they are collapsible and can fit underneath your ticketed seat(s).

Tailgating

We love a good tailgate at Globe Life Field, but tailgating is currently not permitted in Rangers parking lots due to current health precautions. The world-class Texas Live! entertainment district will be open for an abundance of pregame entertainment and is adjacent to Globe Life Field. Find out more at texas-live.com. Reservations are recommended.

To ensure everyone enjoys a fair, reasonable and safe tailgate experience once tailgating resumes at Globe Life Field, please observe the following guidelines:

  • Parking spaces are for vehicles only (not tents, grills, chairs or other items)
  • Tailgating is permitted only in grassy areas
  • Tailgating is not permitted on sidewalks or areas that block pedestrian traffic
  • Tailgating is permitted from the time that parking lots open until the end of the 2nd inning
  • Postgame tailgating is allowed for up to one hour after the final out (at which time the lots will be cleared by security)
  • The maximum area that any single tailgate space may occupy is 9 feet wide by 12 feet deep
  • All guests must follow the directions and instructions provided by ballpark parking and security personnel
  • Trash should be disposed of in appropriate receptacles
  • Charcoal must be disposed of in the designated containers throughout the lots. Do not dump charcoal or store stoves on the grass, in parking areas and under/around vehicles.

The following items and activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Setting up tailgates before the lots open
  • Open-flame fires of any kind (charcoal and gas cooking permitted)
  • Deep fryers or any oil-based cooking/frying
  • Saving parking or tailgate spaces
  • Weapons or fireworks
  • Use of drones
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Sale of food, beverage, merchandise, etc.
  • Amplified sound systems or use of radio/audio devices at loud levels (includes DJs)
  • Outside food companies (only Delaware North is permitted to cater tailgate parties)
  • Advertising or promoting any third-party products (including, but not limited to food and beverage products)
  • Private porta-potties (Rangers will have porta-potties available)

Remember that failure to follow these guidelines may result in the loss of tailgating privileges, ejection from the parking lot and/or criminal trespassing charges.

Texas 2 Split 50/50 Raffle, presented by ACME Brick

This fun raffle is a fundraiser held during the game, which gives one lucky fan an opportunity to win half the net proceeds of tickets sold. The other half of the pot is donated to the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation.

Children’s Tickets

Children under 36 inches tall do not need a ticket as long as they occupy a ticket holder’s lap. Limitations apply.

Dynamic Pricing

Mobile Tickets

Getting your tickets is now easier than ever. With the MLB Ballpark app, you now have instant access to your mobile/digital tickets. Printed or print-at-home tickets are not available or accepted at Globe Life Field. Barcodes will not be visible within the MLB Ballpark app until 48 hours before the game.

Postponed & Rescheduled Games

Good news! If teams play less than five innings (four and a half innings when the Rangers are leading) and the game is postponed, your ticket may be exchanged during the current regular season at our Ticket Office. Subject to availability.

A few ground rules: Complimentary tickets cannot be exchanged for premier dates and tickets received from a player or umpire may not be exchanged. Also, the ticket cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed. Please remember to retain possession of the ticket until the full game has been played.

Resale of Tickets

By City of Arlington ordinance, the resale of tickets is not permitted within the Arlington Entertainment District, including Globe Life Field, surrounding grounds and parking areas.

Season Ticket Member Services Area

Located near the North Plaza entry next to Guest Services, season ticket members may exchange tickets as well as purchase discounted individual game tickets. This area opens an hour prior to first pitch on day games, or two hours prior to first pitch on night games. The area closes at the end of the game on day games, or three and a half hours after first pitch on night games.

Ticket Office Hours

The Main Ticket Office is located on the southeast side of Globe Life Field and is open until three hours after first pitch. For day games, this ticket office and its advanced sales window close at the end of the game.

Please note that all other ticket offices open an hour and a half prior to first pitch and close 45 minutes after first pitch.

Theme Night Ticket Packages

Transportation Services

Mobility Assistance/ADA Carts

Complimentary mobility assistance carts (ADA carts) are available to pick you up in the parking lot if you have a visible or non-visible disability that limits your ability to walk to and from Globe Life Field.

Contact the nearest staff member to arrange assistance. Please note that cart drivers do not accept tips for this complimentary service.

Ride Share Services

Uber, Lyft, and taxis will be available on southbound side of Nolan Ryan between the traffic circle and Randol Mill. The Arlington Trolley system will drop off and pick up on northbound Nolan Ryan between Randol Mill and the traffic circle.

Trolley

Trolley service to Globe Life Field may be available if you’re staying in a hotel located within the Arlington Entertainment District. Drop-off and pick-up are in the northbound lanes of Nolan Ryan Expressway, between Randol Mill and Road to Six Flags.

Service begins two and a half hours pregame and ends 30 minutes postgame. For more information, including a list of participating hotels, please visit arlingtontrolley.com or call 817-461-8600.

Valet

Globe Life Field does not offer valet parking. Please visit texasrangers.com/globelifefield to view the most up-to-date parking map and directions.

Will Call

To pick up or drop off tickets during regular season games, go to the designated Will Call windows at the Ticket Office. If you received a confirmation number when purchasing your tickets online at texasrangers.com or speaking with a Rangers representative at 972-RANGERS, go to any open ticket window to pick up your Will Call tickets. When picking up tickets at any Ticket Office, please remember to bring a valid photo ID, along with your confirmation number or credit card number used at the time of purchase.

Please note that if a player or umpire leaves tickets for you, they can be picked up one hour prior to first pitch.
